Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All PawPurity orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be delayed. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email or phone. If you don't hear from us, it's because we are unaware of the situation. Please contact us immediately via info@pawpurity.com or (877) 499-3777 so we can work on getting the issue resolved. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume shipping periods.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

PawPurity ships to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the U.S. Please note that delivery times may be longer for these locations.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.


International Shipping Policy

PawPurity currently offers international shipping.

  • For orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom, all applicable duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in your checkout total. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

    We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to ensure a smooth delivery experience with no surprise charges.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

PawPurity is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.
